Anmitsu is a Japanese Dessert which is created out of azuki bean paste, small balls of rice flour, jelly cubes, and fruits. During this workshop, Lina Zivanovic is going to show you how you can make your own original Anmitsu dessert out of those delicious ingredients. You will also learn how to produce your own Matcha Cider. Let the summer come!
